  • Account Manager: responsible for the successful execution of each campaign. Your Account Manager orchestrates the planning, training, execution and proactively manages your campaign for maximum results. This is the primary client contact during a campaign.


  • Research Analyst: a valuable resource assigned to a campaign who is responsible for collecting current information about the client's market, including technology issues, related business issues, market conditions, competitors and market terminology. Armed with this valuable information, the research analyst helps train the A.G. Salesworks Business Development Representative.


  • Business Development Representative (BDR): dedicated to a specific client account. Your BDR gets to know your business through training and through our own internal research. This knowledge helps A.G. Salesworks BDR's conduct high quality, in-depth conversations with decision makers at prospect accounts.


  • Performance Managers: make sure every campaign is producing maximum results. As a roving team member, the Performance Manager is responsible for mentoring and ongoing coaching to keep BDR's at the top of their game. They focus on the specific skills required for prospecting and ensure that the A.G. Salesworks BDR's are able to gather the information required to deliver intelligent leads.
