Job Description:
We provide training to enable our Business Development Representatives to successfully use phone and e-mail to reach decision makers in our clients' target markets. In this role you will be assigned to a specific client, and will follow a structured call plan to contact prospects on an assigned call list in order to qualify sales opportunities for our clients.
This is a full-time, salaried position plus commission and bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401K plans as well as Aflac, FSA, Paid Vacation and Employee Referral Bonus. All employees work on-site at our East Walpole office.
Requirements
Skills/Requirements:
- Competitive and Goal oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening ability
- Basic computer skills required to utilize the database and e-mail, as well as perform necessary research
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Time management
- 1-2yrs. of lead generation/sales experience preferred but not essential
- BA/BS degree preferred
