John Phillips is a Director of Client Operations at AG Salesworks. He began his professional career with the company in October 2010 as a Business Development Representative. He was promoted to Manager of Client Operations in July 2012 and again promoted in June 2013 to his current role as Director of Client Operations. John’s daily responsibilities include inside sales team oversight, reporting, training, ongoing contact list development and refinement, and managing daily client engagement from a high level. He also manages new client on-boarding for his clients, ensuring projects are designed to meet and exceed customer expectations. A Massachusetts native, John was born in Norwood but raised in Wrentham. He has returned back to Norwood where he and his wife purchased their first home. He graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. When not at work, John enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and being competitive. Fun Fact: John Phillips owns 25 pairs of sneakers. |
